The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a dependable Part-Time, On-Call Service Shuttle Driver / Customer Service Assistant to support our busy service departments.

What You'll Do

• Transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed
• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organized service lane area
• Assist with vehicle washing and preparation for customer delivery
• Move completed vehicles to designated pickup locations
• Support service department operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Comfortable using smartphones and navigation apps
• Clean, professional appearance
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work flexible hours on an as-needed basis
