What You'll Do

  • Assist with regional accounting and administrative functions
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and financial summaries
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and variances
  • Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Review, organize, and maintain accounting records
  • Assist management with special projects and reporting requests
  • Collaborate with dealership office managers and accounting teams
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting)
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience preferred
  • Basic financial analysis and reporting experience required
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with dealership accounting systems is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
