What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations of a busy collision center
- Manage production scheduling, workflow, and cost control
- Build strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
- Review vehicle damage estimates for quality and accuracy
- Drive customer satisfaction and shop profitability
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years collision center leadership experience
- Prior estimating and insurance adjuster experience required
- Strong knowledge of collision repair operations
- Ability to manage high-volume workflow and deadlines
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with estimating and shop management software preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required
