We are seeking experienced Automotive Finance Managers to join our regional sales management team. If you have a proven background in automotive F&I and want strong earning potential, stability, and career growth, we want to talk with you.

Dealership Finance Experience is Required. Also having Sales Desk or Sales Management experience is a potential plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% customer satisfaction during the purchase and finance process
• Structure and process vehicle finance deals
• Maximize profitability through F&I products and services
• Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards
• Maintain efficient finance office workflow
• Achieve monthly finance performance goals
• Coordinate funding and deal completion with lending partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive F&I Management experience
• Sales Management or Desk experience is a plus
• Track record of strong F&I production (ex: $1,000+ per unit preferred)
• Stable employment history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet state and federal licensing requirements
• Computer proficiency (DealerTrack experience a plus)
• High School Diploma or GED required
