Key Responsibilities 

• Create and execute successful sales strategies
• Build and coach a winning sales team
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process
• Handle all deal paperwork and data in compliance with Hertrich standards
• Maximize profitability on every deal
• Train to be an expert Finance Manager as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Sales or Finance Management (or a combination of both)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Results-driven with a high-energy, self-motivated approach
• Create and execute successful sales strategies
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process
• Handle all deal paperwork and data in compliance with Hertrich standards
• Maximize profitability on every deal
• Provide backup support for the Finance Manager as needed
• Excellent customer service history/CSI
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree a plus
