Maintenance /Janitorial / Custodial / Grounds Keeper Lead Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Performs assigned day-to-day custodial jobs as per checklist by area, including top to bottom cleaning and some power washing
• Available to work 5 days a week from 4 pm - 8 pm and some Saturdays 
• Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
• Monitor certain thermostat readings in select areas and monitor / replace air filters as required
• Inspects grounds of facility for removal of trash and debris
• Other duties as deemed necessary by management including minor repairs and maintenance 

 Maintenance /Janitorial / Custodial / Grounds Keeper Qualifications: 

• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Must be available to work 5 days a week with some Saturday from 4pm -8pm
• Pleasant and Professional Demeanor
• Good Work Ethic
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Must have a valid Driver's License with few to no points
