Administrative Assistant - Full-Time | Exciting Opportunity!

Join the Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships! We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to become a key player on our team.

Position Overview: As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support by handling diverse administrative duties, managing processes, and assisting with various office functions. This role requires a high level of independence, initiative, and confidentiality. This is a full-time, on-site position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and guiding individuals on company processes and policies.

  • Manage and prioritize the central departmental inbox, ensuring timely routing of inquiries to the appropriate team members or management.

  • Organize, track, and file various paperwork, and follow up on missing documentation.

  • Coordinate monthly training programs, track participant progress, and communicate schedules.

  • Oversee various internal programs, ensuring that each meets guidelines and appropriate timing.

  • Provide support for various projects and events.

  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage occasional orders for outside dealerships.

  • Prepare and distribute professional reports, memos, presentations, and other materials.

  • Offer general administrative support to the team and management as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think critically, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following through on tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

  • High School Diploma required (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a high-volume processing role.
