Position Overview:

We are in search of an Automotive Field Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. In this role, you'll lead regional marketing initiatives that directly impact business growth, customer engagement and store performance. You'll also act as a vital link between corporate marketing and store-level teams - translating strategies into high-impact activations tailored to each team.

This is a leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational agility. You'll guide a field team that partners directly with store managers, bringing their insights to life through campaigns that resonate locally and align with broader brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate Local Market Insights: Translate feedback from marketing teams and store leaders into actionable marketing opportunities that reflect local trends, preferences and competitive dynamics.
  • Campaign Execution and Performance: Oversee campaign rollout from concept through execution. Drive measurable results by ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and full alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a marketing team dedicated to building strong relationships with store managers and translating frontline insights with actionable plans.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in localized or retail marketing environments.
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
    • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
    • Clear persuasive communicator (written and verbal)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across levels
    • Experience working cross-functionality with corporate and field teams
    • Fluency in performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
