Service Shuttle Driver & Customer Service Assistant - Part-Time, On-call

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking a motivated, part-time, on-call Service Shuttle Driver & Customer Service Assistant to join our Service Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Shuttle customers to and from our dealership while their vehicles are being serviced.
• Pick up and drop off vehicles for service as needed.
• Ensure the service lane remains clear and maintain its appearance.
• Assist in cleaning and washing vehicles for customer pickup.
• Move completed vehicles from the service bay to the designated customer pickup area.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Requirements:

• Smart phone savvy.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimal points).
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Neat, professional appearance.
