What You'll Do:
Lead daily operations of a busy, high-performing collision center
Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, fleets, and manufacturers
Conduct and review vehicle damage estimates to ensure quality and accuracy
Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and cost control to maximize efficiency
Coach, support, and develop your team for long-term growth and success
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and shop performance standards are consistently met
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a collision center or auto body shop (required)
Prior experience with estimating and working with insurance adjusters (required)
In-depth understanding of the collision repair process
Proven ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in estimating and shop management software (preferred)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High School diploma or GED required
