Responsibilities:

• Order, receive, and bill all parts accurately
• Ensure proper storage and organization of parts inventory
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory records
• Assist customers and technicians in a courteous, timely manner, including answering phones
• Manage inventory through bin counts and record-keeping
• Handle parts pick-up and delivery as needed
• Keep the department and work areas clean, neat, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
• 1-2 years of prior wholesale automotive dealership parts experience preferred (retail or dealership background)
• Computer literate with strong organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver's license with minimal points on driving record
