Body Shop Parts Advisor - Coordinator Responsibilities:
Work side by side with production manager
Assist in maintaining department budget
Manage inventory, order parts, create purchase orders, and receipt invoices according to company standards and policy
Track, record, inspect parts inventory and deliveries
Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
Other duties deemed necessary by management
Body Shop Parts Advisor - Coordinator Qualifications:
Computer proficient
Excellent verbal, written and math abilities
Detail oriented, organized , and ability to multi-task
Previous experience in Parts or Inventory Control
Solid problem solving abilities
HS Diploma / GED
Valid license with minimal violations on motor vehicle report
