The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years prior Automotive Accounting, Deal Clerk, Title Clerk or equivalent Office Manager experience with proven leadership and coaching abilities and a desire to grow

Automotive Accounting / Title-Deal Clerk / Assistant Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assure compliance of policies with regard to all store financial transactions and office procedures

  • Maintain accounts payable/receivables

  • Backup each position in the office and step in when needed

  • Follow and oversee title work, accounting, H/R, benefits, and automotive office functions

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Automotive Accounting / Title-Deal Clerk / Assistant Office Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Automobile Dealership experience is required!!

  • Extremely organized multi-tasking ability who can maintain focus and work in a high-pressure, busy environment

  • Excellent Communication Skills both written & verbal

  • Ability to manage others and work well under pressure

  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and dealership software

  • Dealer Track knowledge is a plus

  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus
