We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Office Manager to join our World Class Team.
You will be trained to oversee the accounting operations of the business within a corporate structure. As the Asst. Office Manager, you will maintain an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets. In addition, a strong methodical and customer service focus which will assist the dealership in ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will have training and support available from the Office Manager to ensure your success.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years prior Automotive Accounting or equivalent Office Manager experience with proven leadership and coaching abilities and a desire to grow
